Leader: One Born being one or acquires the position from experience ?

Recently I read many articles/blogs on what is leadership and somewhat it takes to be a good leader, after reading those a question knocked my mind! Leadership: are people born with "being a good leader quality" or they acquire the same with time or through external environment. Well, after 57 days seeing Mr.gandhi delivering his speech, I can say "it can be acquired" ... lol !! jokes apart ... without any shadow of a doubt, he delivered a good speech and Congress party may see a silver lining now as his "Blockbuster performance" showed a bit what lies ahead for the party. So, to know what is leadership, we need to answer, what is a leader or to be precise, what are the qualities of a good leader? A leader is the one who knows the way, goes the way and shows the way.

Well, the graphic might have helped you in knowing what qualities (some mentioned here though) are needed for being a good leader, when these qualities are adhered/practiced by an individual he/she tends to possess leadership qualities, in short, he/she is a good leader. He/she not only understands "baddie baddie batein,But also understands chotein chotein batein " of his/her team members.

Well, a person can be born with such abilities but some people can acquire the same too. It is just how people perceive what comes in front of them, how well they are able to understand there teammates problems and how to overcome them without compromising on the main goal. In fact, we have seen live many examples of `good leaders` who are college dropouts and many IIM`s pass outs !!
